1. There should be no mis-representation or mis-interpretation about the company, its products and services (if not sure, please ask).
2. Consultants are advised to sell at the price fixed by WhiteGate Homes and Facilities Management Ltd. There should be no loading or short-falls.
3. Sales Consultants should encourage subscribers to pay directly to WhiteGate Homes and Facilities Management Ltd designated bank accounts. Any payment not made into the company’s account will not be accounted for as a sale.
4. As a sales consultant with WhiteGate Homes and Facilities Management Ltd., you are expected to conduct yourself in orderly manner. Any act of dishonesty or unruly behaviour will lead to the termination of your membership as a consultant of WhiteGate Homes and Facilities Management Ltd.
5. WhiteGate Homes and Facilities Management Ltd. will never take responsibility for any action or transaction carried out in a charlatan manner by any sales consultant.
6. As a consultant, you are entitled to 15 percent commission for our urban properties and 7 percent commission for our prime properties deal initiated and closed by you .
7. During promo periods, only 10 percent commission is applicable on any sales made by sales consultant.
8. As a sales consultant, attending our weekly stakeholders training or meeting is also very important.
9. As a sales consultant, you are entitled to 2 or 3 percent commission on any deal initiated and closed by any sales consultant registered as your downline.
